Les Madeleines - Fressines

This hike, in the commune of Fressines, leads from the deep valley of the Lambon to the heights of the "Madeleines" plain and the village of Les Chaumettes, along paths often surrounded by high hedges.

Parking and departure point on the banks of the Lambon, near Pied-Pouzin, where parking is available.

Initiated in the 2000s, the walks are now managed by the Mellois en Poitou community of communes, in collaboration with the local communes. To date, there are 50 of these itineraries, ranging in length from 1 to 16 km, enabling families, cyclists and experienced walkers to explore the region and discover its many facets (landscapes, small-scale heritage, etc.).
