The route alternates between wide paths and forest sections requiring greater concentration and technical skill.
You'll discover the Bois Pouvreau natural area, with its pond, undergrowth and impressive granite chaos.
You have the option of reducing the number of kilometers on this route by cutting out a number of places: the starting loop around Ménigoute, at kilometer 23.5 and kilometer 27.
