In a typical Marais Poitevin village with Regional Nature Park and Grand Site de France status, come and discover the charm of a 35 m² single-storey studio adjoining our 19th-century market garden house, with direct access to the river. It comprises a single 30 m² room with equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom (1 bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds and a 90 cm trundle bed), bathroom and separate WC.
You'll have free access to our enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees. Private landing stage equipped with a rowing boat, 2 canoes and waterways are available free of charge.
Opposite our house, private parking on a 2000 m2 plot with garden furniture and outdoor games area (pétanque, badminton and various games).
For your leisure activities, there's a lively water market at the Port du Vanneau on the last Saturday in July.
