Outside, enjoy a 90m² covered terrace with barbecue and ping-pong table, a 9mx4m heated swimming pool open from April to mid-October, a pétanque court and a large shady garden.

Kayaks for 2-3 people are available free of charge for trips on the river at the end of the cul-de-sac.
