Gîtes de l'ancien presbytère

In a region of Anjou vineyards, close to the Chateaux of the Loire, two gîtes fitted out in a part of a 15th century presbytery, in the heart of the village. In common: large garden (3000m²) on the banks of the Thouet, boat for 6 persons with vests, fish tank, fishing kit, 2 mountain bikes with helmets, ping-pong. Arbour (9m²), vegetable garden and terrace (12m²) south side.
Gite n°1 : 2 private terraces, on the first floor : kitchen-dining room with bread oven, lounge, large living room, Bedroom 1 with a 140cm bed. On the first floor, Bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90, sofa bed of 140, Bedroom 3 with a canopy bed of 140, sofa bed of 140, bathroom (wc). Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Pellet stove (5E/bag) and electric radiators.
