- on the ground floor: a spacious kitchen including a dining area, opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area, a laundry room and a toilet
- an enclosed exterior with a covered terrace and lawned garden
- upstairs, a hallway leads to :
3 cosy bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and quality bedding (2 single beds (90cm) in one bedroom, or twin beds (160cm) in the other 2)
a spacious shower room with an additional toilet.
