Detached house on a fenced and wooded, 3 rooms. Capacity of reception: 5 persons. Close to the lake of Cébron " Espace Naturel Sensible" famous for ornithology. At 1h from the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and the Oriental Park of Maulévrier. An ideal place to stay with family or friends in a natural area.
The gîte includes: a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet.
The night space is composed of a bedroom with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. An adjoining bedroom with 1 single bed (access from outside only).
Terrace with garden furniture.
Outside there is a swing and a boules pitch to satisfy young and old alike.
