Bonjour je suis Ludo votre futur hôte qui sera ravie de vous accueillir au gite de la Bressaugée. Natif de Doué la Fontaine à 15 min au nord du gite, j'ai acheté cette grande maison qui a été un vrai coup de coeur car ce que j'apprécie le plus ici ce sont les grands espaces intérieur et extérieur et le calme environnant qui permet de se détendre. Amoureux des animaux de basses cours, vous trouverez aussi des poules qui vivent en parfaite harmonie pour amener un peu de compagnie
Quiet 160m2 country house with a large 2800m2 garden, 40m2 sheltered summer terrace with barbecue and hammock and swing for relaxing. Inside, you'll enjoy an 80m2 living space, lounge with fireplace, large dining room with seating for 8 and large fully-equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms of 15.10 m2, 14.6 m2 and 13.15 m2 with dressing rooms and a 15.40 m2 bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, double washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room and separate toilet.
