Labelled Gîtes de France 3 épis located in the village of Arçais, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin.
A covered and private wooden terrace of 12 m2 with table and garden chairs. A living room of 20 m2 with kitchenette, lounge and TV, shower room and separate toilet. A mezzanine in the room with a 120cm bed. A separate 12 m2 bedroom opening onto the terrace.
Wifi access. Closed bicycle room. A recreation area 20 m from the gîte with a private port (boat and canoe available to explore the village canals).
Picnic area and private car park. Walking and cycling routes at the foot of the gîte.
Shops and Tourist Office in the centre of the village, 5 minutes walk away.
