Marché de Noël de Saint-Loup-sur-Thouet

The Saint-Loup-sur-Thouet Christmas market is one of the biggest and most beautiful in the Deux-Sèvres department. Over a hundred exhibitors, designers and producers, are welcomed each year in the half-timbered houses of the Petite Cité de Caractère and in the chalets set up in the streets of the town. For years, over 15,000 visitors have come to share the magic of Christmas in Saint-Loup, over two days on the first weekend of December. In 2024, the event will take place on Saturday, November 30, from 3 pm to 11 pm, and on Sunday, December 1, from 10 am to 7 pm. The château will be illuminated on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Santa Claus will be present during the weekend, and it will be possible to take a photo. Free face painting for children from 3 pm to 8 pm on Saturday, and from 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday.
