Conférence : La France et le génocide des Tutsis au Rwanda

Released in March 2021, the report of the Duclert Commission puts an end to 27 years of denial by highlighting France's "heavy and overwhelming responsibilities" in the genocide of the Tutsis in Rwanda (1994). The conference will attempt to shed light on the factors that led to this significant breakthrough by exploiting declassified archives, while also examining any remaining grey areas.
