The Pavillon Grappelli was designed by architect Georges Lasseron between 11890 and 1892.
The same architect who designed the bains douches, the Bernard d'Agesci museum and the famous La Ménagère store on rue Victor Hugo.
Since March 2016, the building has become a 100 m2 digital art space, while preserving its ancient heritage.
