Les jardins des Sablons

Le jardin des sablons was created in March 2017 by Guillaume THUE in the commune of Saint Loup Lamairé. Dedicated to the production of organic fruit and vegetables, the gardens cover 3 hectares including 7,000m² dedicated to vegetables, a 200m² greenhouse for seedling production, and a 1 hectare orchard currently being planted. Some thirty seasonal vegetables are grown each year in compliance with organic farming specifications, and sold in short circuits. The orchard includes 70 fruit trees planted in winter 2018 (apple, pear, plum, peach and fig trees). It will eventually total around 150 trees.
