The Saint-Georges-de-rex Laundromat is a journey through time reminiscent of the convivial places where the village’s women met exclusively to rinse their clothes and chat.
In the village, Richebert’s wash-house, whose water ennobled the castle’s moat, is a rectangular open-air pool fed by the stream of the same name through a reservoir. The nearby small hold served as a watering hole for the cattle.
