Arboretum forestier des Deux-Sèvres

The Forest Arboretum "Les Deux-Sèvres through the woods" is a place of discovery and initiation to sustainable forest management. Conducted like a real miniature forest, this space is used as a living educational support by the neighbouring agricultural high school, associations, primary schools of the canton, as well as the Melle airing centre; walking itinerary arranged with a few benches, it is permanently accessible. It was created in January 1993 by the Groupement Forestier des Deux-Sèvres (GDF 79).
